Terms of Service

1. Services

Superhero Team LLC ("we," "us") provides digital marketing, web development, content, analytics, social media, video, email marketing, and design services ("Services") as agreed with each client in a proposal, quote, or statement of work.

2. Engagements & scope

Each project begins with an agreed scope covering deliverables, timeline, and price. Work outside that scope may require a revised quote before proceeding.

3. Payment terms

Fees are due as outlined in the applicable quote or invoice. Monthly retainers are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed; project-based work may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or per the agreed schedule.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access (e.g. to accounts or assets), and accurate information needed to deliver the Services. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Cancellation

Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Superhero Team LLC's liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Superhero Team LLC's jurisdiction of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
