Refund Policy

1. Project-based work

For fixed-scope projects (e.g. website builds, design packages), deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover time and resources already committed. If a project is cancelled before work begins, the deposit will be refunded in full.

2. Monthly retainers

Retainers are billed in advance for the upcoming month. If you cancel before a billing cycle begins, no charge will be made for that cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for a cycle that has already started, as team time and media spend are typically already allocated.

3. Unsatisfactory work

If you're not satisfied with a deliverable, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to revise it. Revisions are covered under the original scope where reasonable; work substantially outside the original scope may require a separate quote.

4. Non-refundable items

  • Third-party costs already spent on your behalf (e.g. ad spend, licensing fees, stock assets)
  • Work already delivered and approved

5. How to request a refund

Email superheroteamsupport@superheroteam.org with your project details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
